A Witnessing Meditation

When you are in a bad mood, it can be helpful to witness your thoughts and your moods. This technique of witnessing is sometimes used in meditation. It helps you become less attached to thoughts and moods. As soon as you release a feeling or thought and continue to sit quietly, another one will come into your mind!
